Bracelets, bracelets and a bit more

Follow my blog with Bloglovin
I love making bracelets, mostly because I have larger sized wrist and never could really buy a nice bracelet in the shop, so since I started making jewellery, bracelets and rings have become my primary goal...
As you can see, I also love strong and vibrant colours, lovely blues especially :-)
Hope you'll enjoy these

1) Turquoise and peach netted
2) Silver lined gray and AB ruby herringbone
3) Saphire blue and gold Frankfurten perlenspitze
4) And another with Saphire blue, lighet blue, aqua and AB frosted crystal beads peyote stitch

Earring fest

Just before going on holiday this summer, I made a bunch of earrings, hope you'll like them ;-)

These are fomr interestingly looking glass beads, they have three facets and vintage gold finish, they're mounted on copper wire and findings
My personal favourites, "Bellydance DeLuxe" earrings, gorgeous aqua and turquoise fire polished beads with bronze cut seed beads on brass findings...
These are huge creole earrings with lavender Toho beads and light purple and pink fire polished beads

A set of earrings and pendant made of chainmaille diamonds and Swarovski pendant components in "Silver shade" ... luxurious and sparkly while tiny and elegant

Another Swarovski pendants with chainmaille... Vitrail light, Bermuda blue and Helithrope... my favourite finishes

Long time no see, right?

These are some of my recent projects, doodles and experiments...

This is the "Archimedes star" stitch done in s/l grey and emerald seed beads... it looks lovely and I love the lace-like stitches...

Brilliantly dark blue s/l beads, I FINALLY found in a shop not far away from my place (a miracle, really) with lighter blue s/l beads (in the corners, they seem to be almost the same colour as the rest) in a peyote triangle... a bit crooked, I admit, but that's the beauty of czech seed beads...

Emerald madness... spiral rope dome with emerald and lighter green s/l beads and emerald drops... being a bit too much green, i didn't finish this one, maybe later on...

Another spiral rope project... this one in calm beige and caramel colour

Tryouts

All of this are my indecisive attempts to figure out the best way to attach these peyote leaves to the herringbone bracelet...

The result... plain bracelet and pendant from the leaves stitched together...

Interchangeable triangle

A peyote Triangle with Interchangeable strands of seed beads for variation...

Wedding lace

A dainty beaded lace-like bracelet. It's a Frankfurter perlenspitze from trytobead.com page. It fastens diagonally so it looks draped over wrist like a ribbon.

The future "Double twist in Amethyst and Gold

Posted by PicasaThis is a thin strip of twisted tubular herringbone... a necklace in project... I'm thinking about adding some simple pendant or a beaded closure in the same color scheme.
The name is going to be probably "Double Twist in Amethyst and Gold"

PS: The text in background is an incredibly boring part of Theoretical Gaography I'm cramming for tomorrow's exam... long live the procrastination ;-)

Next projects

These are my attempts in finding a perfect centerpiece for a white russian spiral rope I've been working on

These gorgeous beads are from today's package from one of my favourite bead supply stores... they're semi translucent 3mm beads in the colour of blue jade... wonderful for a splash of color against a neutral backdrop...

...and we're starting...

Hi,
the web is a great place to meet and exchange our beading experiences. And I would like to share mine :-)
So, welcome... and let's get going!

Yours truly ;-)
